My girlfriend has been to Muses three times and she said it was OK. Her first experience was great — had a massage and mani-​pedi. Muses gave her a robe and slippers to change in to, relaxed in the waiting room with a glass of mimosa. The next experience with a friend was different — she decided to do just a pedicure — so no robe or slippers (even though she asked) so she just sat in the waiting area in her street clothes. No mimosa was offered even though she saw another girl being asked. At the price she was paying, would have been a better value elsewhere.

Lovely place with great massages. I especially like Hannah, Erin, and Lindsay. The ambiance is relaxing, the complementary drinks are a great touch, and overall can’t complain about this spa for massages.

I had a fabulous facial. Julie assessed my skin and gave me the treatments she saw best for my skin type and problem areas. It was thoroughly relaxing and she did such a great job. I’ll definitely be returning!

I was a manicurist for 20 years and might be a little more picking than most, with that being said Sara Robinson did a five star service. The spa & salon are beautiful. The young ladies at the front desk were very professional but friendly. I went here three years ago and I think that they are only getting better keeping the spa updated and clean.

Went here with a friend for a 60 minute Swedish massage. The massage was okay, definitely not the worst I’ve had, but the ambience of this spa is way off. The women’s area is small and there is no convenient place to get undressed. I’m not modest by any means but I really prefer not to get undressed in front of the area where everyone is sitting and relaxing. The room where I received my massage was cold and was right near a window with cars driving by. Really?! It’s supposed to be relaxing! I definitely wouldn’t come here again.

Ya, this place is incredible. I was here for a spa day before a wedding. Soooo posh. You are ushered into the ladies lounge where you get a fluffy robe, and beverages. My first trip was to the masseuse which was incredible. She focused right where I wanted her to, and was very energy conscious. My next trip was to get my mani pedi. Great gel nail polish, flawless. The pedicure was where it was at. My feet were not in the best shape, and when I walked out of there I had gorgeous feet. They are cray cray expensive. But you get what you pay for!

My friend and I went in for mani and pedi. When we scheduled our appointment they didn’t bother mentioning that they don’t do nail art or acrylic nails! It would’ve been nice to know before going in that we would only be able to get gel manicures! The girls that did our mani and pedi’s were awesome! Over all the spa was great… a little over priced… it would help, if they would be more descriptive when scheduling your appointment!

Massage was good. Customer service was good too. Place is pretty. They have free mamosas. :) We did the couples massage. It was an hour, but it went by too fast. I should of done 2 hours. Place was above avg. I will definitely return. Price was 180 plus 60 tip.

WOW! From the moment I walked in the door I felt pampered. I started off in the changing room where I was offered a plush robe. After changing I relaxed in the warm and comfortable lounge where I sipped a glass of champagne. I was greeted and led to my massage room that was warm and dimly lit with soothing music in the background. After my incredible massage was complete, I was offered another glass of champagne and led back to the lounge where I finished my glass in the sauna. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The atmosphere and staff where impeccable!

I had a hot stone massage and let me tell you… Absolutely amazing! They def. earned an extra star for offering mimosas before or after your treatment. It was an utterly relaxing experience. Two thumbs up for this spa.

Omg! Best place ever! First time and I’m already planning to go again soon! I’m over an hour away but so worth the drive! Tiffany did my facial and she was amazing. I felt like I was in heaven! She was professional, friendly, and I can tell she loves what she does and she’s very good at it! Everyone should try out this place and ask for Tiffany for your facial!

I am only half way through my «rejuvenation package» and this place is amazing! The employees are welcoming, make you feel right at home. The facial is a must, I can’t remember who I had but she did a fantastic job, I wished it lasted longer.
The massage I had with Cody. She used just enough pressure on my very hard shoulders and I felt so great after. She had relaxed me so much so that I wanted to go to sleep.
The sauna, mimosas, cookies and other accoutrements are an added bonus!
Highly recommend this place!
Now…on to my pedicure!

I absolutely love this place! I have been a handful of times and I will continue to go back! They are very nice! The «holding area» as I call it, is very relaxing. There is always ice cold water and coffee. I have not used the sauna yet, but plan to on my next visit. I have had a facial and a few messages done. The treatment rooms are very clean, smell wonderful, have relaxing music and the beds are super comfortable.
I have only had one bad experience, I emailed the manager and a refund was placed on my account.
I wish #1, I lived closer and #2 the prices were a bit lower but you get what you pay for.
I will keep going back!

My wonderful boyfriend booked me a deep tissue massage along with a facial. Geri was my massage therapist, she was great. Although I have my own go-​to massage therapist at another facility, Geri did really well. I had my facial done by Brooke and I feel amazing. My skin has never felt better. I recommend Brooke for facials. I had a good experience here, the staff was pleasant. Thank you Muses day spa.

This spa doesn’t offer any special amenities worth $ 50 for the price of a pedicure– other than the quiet ambiance and cleanliness. I think it’s a nice place but pretty steep for what they offer.

My bride got me a gift certificate for an 80 minute massage. She got tired of hearing me talk about how i wanted to get a massage so she got me a certificate to get me to shut up.
The entire staff here is very friendly.
When I arrived I was taken to the back where the mens changing area/​waiting room was. I got changed and was taken back early.
Lindsay was doing my massage and she did an amazing job. She made sure pressure was ok and checked a few times during the massage.
My only concern is the room Lindsay has shares the same wall as the reception area. It was a little annoying trying to relax when you hear their motion activated bell activate when someone goes in the back.
I was also able to hear the girls up there laughing it up and having a great time. While I think its great they are having fun and loving their jobs it makes it difficult to fully relax with all the noise.
At the end of my massage I was offered a beverage.
I decided to use the showers as I didn’t want to leave with the oily film.
The showers were out of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap in the dispensers in the shower. Someone stuck a large bottle of sugar free body was on top of the dispensers. Seemed kind of tacky for this type of day spa.
All in all it was a great time.

This place is amazing. Wonderful, friendly employees. Fabulous spa service. Friendly, experienced people. They serve wine/​tea/​coffee while you wait. I can’t speak highly enough. I’ve gone here for years for waxes, massages, pregnancy massages, facials, etc.
(not hair color. I go to Jia Salon and Spa with Katie for that-​and she’s fabulous). Every time it’s been great. The only reason it’s not 5 star (and I reeeaaally want to give it 5 stars) is the lack of sound proofing. I can hear everything happening in the salon in the various treatment rooms. It doesn’t ruin the experience, tho. Other than that. Wonderful! Do not hesitate to book here!

I signed up from a Unilocal account just to review this spa and prevent others from an awful experience.
First of all the spa is poorly designed. The women’s lounge is cramped. The only place to change is in a bathroom stall or a shower… Unless you want to change by the lockers which are separated from the waiting area by a glass door. No hot tub to soak in. And the sauna looks like one you buy at the fair.
When I arrived a very friendly receptionist showed me to the lounge and offered me a drink. I changed and went to sit in the waiting area. I saw the receptionist then show two other people back and she bring their drinks but clearly forgot about me. At that point I wasn’t too concerned because my appointment should be starting soon…
And entire people magazine later a very nice masseuse came to get me and apologized for the wait. She guaranteed I would still get my hour massage. I have to say she was excellent and the only redeeming part of the visit. I’m a certified massage therapist and I was very impressed with her… I believe her name was Kerry.
Too soon my massage was over. When I exited the room the masseuse informed me they had to cut my massage short and they’d be giving me a 10% credit on my next visit.
Ok, here’s my issue. Your staff is clearly poorly trained because they can’t do basic scheduling or customer service. Your spa is pretty but nothing to write home about. And for Fresno your rates are comparable but not particularly competitive. So why after that experience would I ever come back? I mean you’re charging me full price for a service you didn’t even give me?
Needless to say I will not be using my 10% credit at the spa. It’s too bad because I was looking for a place to get a massage on a regular basis and I like the girl who gave me my massage.
